Short conditions for anyone reading, quoting or linking to the site.

Ground rules
luxorlotto.org is operated by the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians, 3400 East Highway 246, Santa Ynez CA 93460. Feel free to read the pages, print one for a road trip or send a link to a friend. Please don't mirror the site wholesale, run scrapers against it, try to knock it offline or republish our entries under your own name.
Who may use the site
The site is for grown-ups: eighteen and older, or twenty-one and older wherever local rules on resort venues like these demand it.
The publisher's stake in entry #1
Chumash Casino Resort belongs to our publisher. It occupies the first place because of that relationship, which is not an impartial verdict. Our editors alone decide the sequence of the other nine.
How far to rely on our pages
We revise entries regularly, yet resorts alter amenities, seasons and house policies with little warning. Use what you read here to plan, then double-check anything important with the property.
Hotels and booking platforms
Apart from the resort our publisher owns, every hotel and reservation platform mentioned is independent. Their rates and rate changes, resort fees, taxes, deposits, cancellation rules, room availability and website content are outside our control and our responsibility. A reservation creates a contract only between the guest and whichever hotel or platform took it.
Copyright and trademarks
Our writing, the arch monograms, the badge and the visual design are the publisher's property unless stated otherwise. Each hotel's name and marks remain with its owner; they appear here just to identify the resort under discussion.
Scope of the content
A note on what this guide is for, in our standard wording.
Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.
Read every entry in that light.
Liability
Where the law lets us, the publisher is not answerable for knock-on losses, such as a missed connection or a spoiled weekend, that trace back to something read here. Any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded is left in place.
Law and courts
These terms are read under California law, together with whatever federal rules of the United States bear on them. Courts sitting in California have jurisdiction over disputes, except where the consumer law of your home country gives you a different forum.
